Return Policy
RETURN POLICY FOR SLABS:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be BRAND NEW. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@slabsandmore.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our fabrication shop.
RETURN POLICY FOR MOSAICS:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Credit will not be issued for any items returned to us broken. It is very important that the returned boxes are packaged well. Most of our products are extremely fragile. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a track-able shipping method with a reliable shipper. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

If your return is accepted, customer is responsible for return label and return label expenses. Slabsandmore is not responsible for return label and any expenses occurred due to return shipping. Customer is required to pay for return shipping cost.
Once we receive the item back a 25 % restocking fee will be applied.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Samples and sale items are not returnable, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Basically,
1. Return Shipping is on Customer's responsibility.
2. 25 % Restocking fee will be applied.
3. Item has to be non-installed and it has to be in new condition and unopened.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In order to start a Return Process, customers are required to provide visible damaged item with pictures via email to sales@slabsandmore.com with the order number. Without any proof of damaged material, we do not start the return process! DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT!
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as installed items, open boxes, damaged items by customers, sample orders, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sale items!
Exchanges:
Currently, Slabsandmore does not support exchanges.
To exchange an item:
- Return the initial order.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
CANCELLATION:
We process and ship out orders fast. Sometimes it might work against you but we will try to cancel your order before it ships out. Any cancellation requests must be made via email or phone within 24 hours of your order. If 24 hours pass, please call us to see if we still can cancel it.
Once an order is prepared and packed, we can no longer cancel this order.
FORCE MAJEURE:
We ship most of our orders within 2-3 business days. Our job ends there and we aren't responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or an act of God beyond our control. We are always here to help you and will contact the carrier on your behalf if your shipment is not delivered within the estimated delivery date. All arrival dates provided on this website or from any of our team members are only estimated delivery dates.
ASSIGNMENT:
This agreement is not assignable by the purchaser without Slabsandmore.com's prior written consent. Any attempt to assign any rights, duties, or obligations hereunder without Slabsandmore.com written consent shall be void.
CONFLICT OF TERMS:
It is agreed that sales are made on the terms, conditions, and warranties contained herein. To the extent of any conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence over any on the buyer’s order form. No agreement altering, modifying or extending the terms of this agreement shall be valid unless in writing, duly signed by the parties.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method used during checkout within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A 25 % Restocking fee will be applied for returns, but the rest will be refunded. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@slabsandmore.com.
